There’s this article called “10 things about Philipp Lahm”. There’s nothing new to any true fan of Lahm, but I’ll post the link anyway. However, it’s is written rather sloppily.

1. Although it’s dated June 7, 2013, Lahm is, first, 29 years old and then suddenly 26, according to the author.

2. Claudia and Philipp didn’t get together 15 years ago. It would mean they got together at 13. No, no, and no. They’ve known each other since they were 16 or so, yes, but they got together when he was 24-25.

3. He goes to Greece more often than to Maldives, from what he’s told.

4. And then there are some spelling mistakes and whatnot.

Just discovered that in that magazine I want they called Lahm “Bayern’s talismanic skipper”. Heck yeaaah! Totally made me feel better about not having his picture on the cover.
Gonna go to the store and see if I can get this magazine there. Still, if any of you scan it/take pictures of the pages, I’d love to have them.

On a side note, it REALLY bugs me that, despite Lahm being the cover star, there’s Robben on the cover. When Ronaldo was the cover star, he was on the cover. When Xavi was the cover star, he was on the cover. When Schweinsteiger was the cover star, he was on the cover.

What’s up with not putting Lahm’s picture on the cover?

I’m surprised Lahm doesn’t play chess.

I can imagine how tomorrow every newspaper will have a picture of Ballack and Lahm. The social dynamic always amazes me :)
